A 6 week subscription to access a variety of yoga every weekday, Monday to Friday online or in person!

@£12.50 per week that’s only £2.50 per class!

Join our yoga community and develop your practice, in the comfort of your own home or in the Om Shedhi studio, under the watchful eye of award winning yoga teacher Cathy Underwood.

Please be advised that you will need to download some free software from Zoom ( to access classes.

  • This bundle offers full access to online classes Monday to Friday for 6 weeks
  • You can also attend in person during live streaming. However, due to social distancing regulations, I am only permitted to take 2 participants at a time. Therefore, attendance will be on a first come first served basis, so booking is essential.
  • Weather permitting, the Thursday session will be available online and outdoors in a park for larger numbers to attend. This is subject to cancellation.
  • If you attend a studio session please be advised I can no longer provide equipment. So please bring your own for comfort.
  • Timetabled classes will be live streamed/recorded. If you attend a studio or park yoga class you will not be the focus of the camera angle, however the class will be made available online and you may be seen in some shots. You will be asked to complete a waiver form to say that you are happy to participate. This is the only effective way that I can currently serve you in both a virtual and personal way. My hope is that you will kindly be prepared to share your space with those unable to meet in person.

MONDAY 7-8PM – Dynamic Yoga Flow – experience required

TUESDAY 7-8PM – Restorative Yoga – ideal for beginners

WEDNESDAY 7-8PM – Warrior Flow with Core Strength Focus –  experience required

THURSDAY 10-11AM – Gentle Yoga – ideal for beginners or those looking for a slower paced practice

FRIDAY 7-8PM – TGI Friday Flex – ‘Turning Gratefully Inwards’ end the week with yoga and meditation – ideal for all
