Enjoy a class everyday and immerse yourself into the healing benefits of yoga, Mindfulness and meditation.

  • This LIVE PASS offers full access to online classes Monday to Friday for 1 week
  • Weather permitting, the Thursday session will be available online and in person in a park for larger numbers to attend. Details sent on request. This is subject to cancellation.
  • 1-2-1 training and Yoga Therapy is also available – please contact me for details here

MONDAY 7-8PM – Dynamic Yoga Flow – experience required

TUESDAY 7-8PM – Restorative Yoga – ideal for beginners

WEDNESDAY 7-8PM – Warrior Flow with Core Strength Focus –  experience required

THURSDAY 10-11AM – Gentle Yoga – ideal for beginners or those looking for a slower paced practice

FRIDAY 7-8PM – TGI Friday Flex – ‘Turning Gratefully Inwards’ end the week with yoga and meditation – ideal for all
